Resumen : The pork production presents marked shortcomings in technical, administrative and managerial aspects, reflecting with this, that there is a limited capacity to generate quality finished products, which comply with concepts corresponding to standardized and efficient production, this as a consequence of the limited transfer of knowledge in Good Agricultural Practices (BPA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) in rural areas, evidencing a sector with significant rural poverty, which is why it is necessary to apply methodologies to solve these problems. Within the new world trends for the selection of optimal and adequate alternatives to solve specific problems, there is the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) methodology, which allows comparing qualitative variables, generating quantitative weights from them, which allow finding an answer or suitable alternative to the reality of the studied sector. It is for the above that the determination of an optimal ssociativity model for the needs of the pig production of the Chone canton is proposed, encouraging the generation of groups that allow the individual and collective growth of pig farmers, this through the use of the Analytical ierarchical Process (AHP) methodology, which, through interviews with associativity experts, allowed
weightings to be made that respond to the alternatives considered in determining an associative model; It is thanks to all of the aforementioned, that Cooperativism could be determined as the optimal model to apply within the pig production sector, because it responds efficiently to the requirements of the population
considered.

Resumen : The purpose of this research is to analyze the consequences generated in the commercialization of pork due to various factors that affect this activity, emphasizing the health factor. Based on this premise, the respective field investigations were carried out, thus allowing the problem to be addressed, before which empirical
methods (survey and interview), bibliographic, statistical and theoretical methods were used. Giving as a result of said inquiry and observation of the information obtained, that pig production fails to position its products in large chains due to the lack of biosafety techniques within the activity. Producers are not aware of the opportunities to which they are limited in improving their production due to ignorance of better sanitary processes, thus limiting them to get better markets and even export.
Within the first chapter, the structure and bibliographic argumentation of the variables exposed within the project is established, thus facilitating its understanding.
Based on the second chapter, the field diagnosis is established, before which an information collection method is determined, in this case a survey, which facilitates the knowledge and absorption of information based on swine production, said survey is directed to a specific sample of 73 producers. Within the third chapter, a biosafety manual is stipulated for this type of livestock activities, providing basic knowledge of it. Establishing as final point the fourth chapter that refers to the conclusions and recommendations obtained during the development of the project.
Descripción : El propósito de esta investigación incide en analizar las consecuencias generadas en la comercialización de la carne de cerdo debido a diversos factores que inciden en esta actividad, haciendo énfasis en el factor sanitario. A partir de esta premisa, se realizaron las respectivas investigaciones de campo, permitiendo así
abordar la problemática, ante lo cual se utilizaron métodos empíricos (encuesta y entrevista), bibliográficos, estadísticos y teóricos. Dando como resultado de dicha indagación y observación de la información obtenida, que la producción porcina no logra posicionar sus productos en las grandes cadenas debido a la falta de técnicas de bioseguridad dentro de la actividad. Resumen : In order to provide an extract of the present investigation, it is expressed that the main causes of the problem related to the investigation present are: little participation of public institutions to provide relevant information on how to undertake through campaigns; deficiency with the use of the creation of enterprises to promote the
economic, social and environmental development of the Chone canton; lack of economic, business and micro-business knowledge that are the basis for to float a business and the lack of financing that exists within the canton so that the enterprises have sustainability and profitability. In order to solve this problem, the objective was “determine the importance of entrepreneurship for sustainable development of the Chone canton" being important to know each of the ventures that are born thanks to the innovative minds of some inhabitants, since
the lack of employment in public or private institutions, every day is more present, through the creation of enterprises, it is proposed to contrast the sustainable development, conserving the environment through practices healthy in the elaboration of their products.
The methodology proposed in the present investigation is of a mixed type, since we derive from quantitative actions thanks to the information collected by surveys, and qualitative thanks to direct observation carried out at the points commercials of Canton Chone, plus the interview application. Methods that will be applied are: descriptive, analytical, deductive, historical and bibliographical, the The population to be investigated falls on 7,741 people dedicated to the commercial area, of which obtains a sample of 135.89 microenterprises of the population.

Resumen : The purpose of the research is to analyze the efficiency and productivity of the cost-volume-profit model in the swine sector, with the prospective of generating solutions for productive repowering, and thus optimally managing the economic and administrative processes. This model is a tool of significant importance for agribusiness development, which analyzes information on production costs, as well as product pricing, among others. The fundamental problem addressed highlights the deficient management of production/administrative processes and the need to implement techniques for continuous improvement. The methods used for this
research were empirical (analysis of efficiency and productivity) and theoretical (analysis-synthesis, inductive, deductive and retrospective research), as well as their techniques (scientific observation, surveys and interviews), thus establishing the optimal answer to the research question and hypothesis, On the other hand, it was obtained as a result in the economic model that of the 40 pig farmers only 3 show that they recover their investment and obtain profit, since the value of their productivity is higher than 0.5 to 1, and that the remaining 37 are below 0.5 of productivity, having strong economic losses where their net profit is below the commercialization (sales), showing the deficit of their production processes. The implementation of productive techniques is necessary.
Descripción : La investigación tiene como finalidad analizar la eficiencia y productividad del modelo de costos-volumen-utilidad en el sector porcino, con prospectiva de generar soluciones de repotenciación productiva, y que con ello se gestionen de forma óptima los procesos económicos y administrativos. Dicho modelo es una herramienta de significante importancia para el desarrollo de los agronegocios, la cual analiza información de costos de producción, como también la fijación de los precios del producto, entre otros.
