Resumen : The following project allows a feasibility approach to introduce a new production line of vacuum-packed and vacuum-sealed gourmet snacks from raw materials of high nutritional value; easy to find in home gardens and farms. This microenterprise is oriented to provide quality gourmet snacks with an excellent service, aimed at consumers of all ages. Current food trends have changed and varied rapidly, due to the fact that a large percentage of the population works full time 8 hours, so they prefer to obtain a finished product for immediate consumption, obtaining the necessary nutrients. Implementing one's own business, besides being a personal goal, this microenterprise will create new employment opportunities and contribute to the circular economy of the country, creating new market strategies, marketing, improving the price to differentiate it from the competition. On the other hand, it is of great importance for every entrepreneur to develop a feasibility study to create a microenterprise, since it will allow to know the viability and profitability, becoming an instrument for planning, coordination and evaluation. In addition, in the event that financing is required from a banking entity or an entity that promotes entrepreneurship, the feasibility study will be able to demonstrate that the project is attractive. It is for this reason that the creation of a "Microenterprise specialized in the production of vacuum-packed and vacuum-sealed gourmet snacks for commercialization in the city of Manta" is proposed, and in this way the knowledge acquired will be adequately used to achieve microenterprise and social growth in accordance with the target market. The microenterprise will be located in the Sector "Las Marías" 2 of the city of Manta, since it is one of the main cities of the province of Manabí, a tourist port that receives foreigners and locals in its various beaches and tourist sites, which is for the manteños one of the main sources of income, followed by trade.
