Los procesos administrativos y su incidencia en la gestión administrativa del Bar Restaurante Tortuga, de la parroquia Rural San Lorenzo, del cantón Manta.

Abstract

Administrative processes involve planning, organization, management and control, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and that the information is adequate for decision making to ensure proper business management. The objective of this work is to analyze the administrative processes and their impact on the administrative management of the Tortuga Restaurant Bar, in the rural parish of San Lorenzo, in the Manta canton. The methodology was descriptive, with a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, the research design was non-experimental, the population consisted of the owner and 6 collaborators, who were interviewed and surveyed respectively. Among the results it was found that the administrative processes affect the administrative management of the Tortuga Restaurant Bar, in the rural parish of San Lorenzo, in the canton of Manta, since, in the absence of these defined processes, as well as the lack of application of planning, organization, direction and control tools, the management of economic, human, technological and physical resources becomes regular. It is concluded that the current situation of the business under analysis in terms of its processes and administrative management is deficient since they are not executed, and there is an empirical administration based on the experience of the owner manager with limited tools such as income and expense records, weekly purchase and expense budgets and periodic audits, which hinders the possibility of growth, good management of resources and continuous improvement.
