dc.descriptionEl bullying es una problemática que afecta la vida de muchas personas, y más aún en estudiantes que se encuentran en una etapa de la adolescencia, este tipo comportamientos pueden generar afectaciones a corto, mediano o largo plaza en el desarrollo personal de los individuos, por lo que aquí radica la importancia de intervenir ante estos casos especialmente en el contexto educativo. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la incidencia del bullying en las interacciones sociales de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Tarqui.es
dc.description.abstractBullying is a problem that affects the lives of many people, and even more so in students who are in a stage of adolescence, this type of behavior can generate short, medium or long term affectations in the personal development of individuals, so here lies the importance of intervening in these cases especially in the educational context. The objective of this research was to analyze the incidence of bullying in the social interactions of the students of the Tarqui Educational Unit. The methodology was qualitative, because only data based on the perceptions of key informants were collected for their descriptive analysis. It was applied as a technique to the interview which was applied to a Social Worker of the Department of Student Counseling of the Tarqui Educational Unit, to 5 teachers and 5 students of the aforementioned institution with the purpose of collecting more relevant data through an instrument of questions. The collected data were systematized and triangulated through the analytical-synthetic method. Based on the results, data were obtained that show the process of professional intervention of the social worker from the detection of the case, the approach according to the protocol of action in cases of violence between students and even the application of strategies that allow building a school environment based on stable and balanced interpersonal relationships. It was concluded that initiatives to prevent this problem can be open marriage, workshops, teacher training and DECE.es
