Título : Los servidores turísticos del malecón de pedernales y su incidencia en el fortalecimiento del turismo. Autor : Ibarra Cedeño, Rocío Fernanda Resumen : El presente trabajo se enmarca en cómo influye el fortalecimiento del turismo a los servidores turísticos el cual es de mucha importancia, por ende, se planteó como objetivo general determinar la incidencia de los servidores turísticos del malecón de Pedernales en el fortalecimiento del turismo donde se puedan diagnosticar la situación actual de los servidores turísticos del Malecón de Pedernales de tal forma que se logre solucionar inconvenientes preexistentes en los servidores turísticos y por ende en donde se establece como metodología el enfoque cuantitativo, lo que permitió elaborar como recolección de información, por medio de encuesta, de un cuestionario de la escala de Likert la que comprendía 12 preguntas que fueron planteadas a los servidores turísticos del sector del malecón, tomando como muestra 381 servidores turísticos del sector del malecón. Se concluye, que el fortalecimiento del turismo es importante ya que influye de manera positiva a los servidores turísticos del malecón del Cantón Pedernales.

Autor : Solorzano Mendoza, María José Resumen : The present study of the research project entitled "Viability of rural tourism as a strategy for economic reactivation due to the covid-19 pandemic at Liguiqui beach in the San Lorenzo parish of the Manta canton, Manabí province." It aims to determine this strategy of rural tourism as a solution to the problem. Strategies are fundamental parts of any tourism development plan, which constitute the way orhow the activities or programs are going to be developed to achieve the objectives. This beach bears the name of its own community, it is located a few meters from the local population, and it is its main attraction, access by vehicle is possible, which facilitates the enjoyment of it. The closest community is Pacoche located 5km away. The general objective of this research is to formulate the implementation of the rural tourism strategy as a tool that allows the economic reactivation of the Liguiqui beach of the San Lorenzo Parish of the Manta canton, the methodology to be applied includes quantitative and qualitative techniques in the development of the work that was carried out based on the objectives set for which the following methods were used: scientific method, deductive method, analytical method, survey techniques were also used, and the interview to collect the necessary information. As a result of this research project, a proposal was made for the reactivation of tourism in Liguiqui beach and it was found that there are favorable conditions for its implementation. Título : Uso de la medicina ancestral desde un enfoque turístico en el parque nacional Machalilla. Caso área protegida Agua Blanca. Autor : Pin Loor, Melissa Dayana Resumen : Traditional medicine encompasses a wide variety of therapies and practices that vary between countries and between regions, in some countries referred to as "alternative" or "complementary" medicine. It has been in use for thousands of years, and its practitioners have contributed greatly to human health. The current research is aimed at revealing the appreciations of the people who are dedicated to the practice of ancestral medicine in the Agua Blanca commune and based on these results, develop a proposal that allows the rescue of the ancestral values of this activity. In this, the quantitative paradigm model was applied, the result being clear about the reality of the phenomenon under study and the relationship that must exist with the phenomenon of interest. For the development of the research, the analytical-synthetic, inductive methods were used, in addition two questionnaires were applied, the survey was applied to national and international tourists who have visited the town, while the interview was applied to people who are dedicated to the practice of this activity. The results provided in this work show that 96% of the respondents agree with the rescue of the values of traditional medicine in this community. At the end, a proposal is elaborated, which contains several guidelines that are oriented to the preservation and maintenance of these activities related to traditional medicine in the Agua Blanca commune. Título : Turismo responsable como un nuevo enfoque para el aprovechamiento económico del cantón Paján. Autor : Bacilio Muñiz, Bryan Steeven Resumen : This research aims to analyze responsible tourism as a new approach for the economic development of the Paján canton. The following research is qualitative, employing analytical, scientific, and deductive methods. In addition, survey questionnaires and interviews were used to gather the opinions of the main stakeholders involved in the development of the activities. The surveys were administered to the canton's general public. An interview was also conducted with the director of tourism for the GAD (Argentine Development Authority) and the principal of Paján High School. The results show that, in order to identify whether responsible tourism has been established as a new approach for the Paján canton, the following are the strategies that the GAD is implementing, which, together with the population, can strengthen the areas with the greatest challenges regarding responsible tourism. It is important to understand that responsible tourism is a task that we must all develop, because it is ever-changing. However, the work also depends on the managers who manage tourist destinations, understanding consumer behavior and thus producing responsible tourism activities. Descripción : Esta investigación tiene como objetivo el análisis del turismo responsable como un nuevo enfoque para el aprovechamiento económico del cantón Paján. La siguiente investigación es de aspecto cualitativa, por lo que se emplearon los métodos: analítico, científico y deductivo. Además, se emplearon cuestionarios de encuesta y entrevista, para la obtención de las opiniones de los principales actores involucrados en el desarrollo de las actividades. Las encuestas fueron aplicadas al público en general del cantón. Conjuntamente, se aplicó una entrevista al director de turismo del GAD, al rector del colegio Paján.
