Resumen : The present case study: rehabilitation of expressive language in patients with drill aphasia, is intended to recover and re-educate the patient's fluency in the same way the syntactic structure of their language at the time of expressing themselves to the surrounding society, this you have a cerebrovascular disease attributing to this a motor aphasia language disorder. The Boston test is applied for the diagnosis of aphasia (TBDA) and thus know the degree of difficulty presented by the patient in both expressive and comprehensive language, while helping us to choose a suitable rehabilitation process. The main objective of this case is to improve expressive language in patients with drill aphasia through a rhythmic, melodic therapeutic system capable of favoring intelligible communication, with the method of melodic intonation therapy (TEM), which has several levels, As advances are made and notorious, progress continues to another level. Music is used as a method because it is an innovative technique becoming an escape from stress for the patient.

Resumen : The topic of this case analysis is "Development of functional language through communication boards", which aim to achieve communication through the establishment of a method Alternative with support (SAAC acronym in Spanish) through the use of communication boards that favor their communication skills. Alternative and augmentative communication is used to increase the communication capacity in the face of a functional&#xD;
verbal deficiency that encompasses an extensive set of theoretical elaborations, sign systems, technical and technological aids that are used in patients with communication, language or speech problems. prevents having a functional language, among these is the motor insufficiency of cerebral origin that is characterized by presenting problems in the area of language that can range from simple articulation difficulties to a total impossibility to issue an understandable word. The techniques and instruments for the collection of information were through the family interview, speech therapy card and the initial functional evaluation with the purpose of assessing communication skills by executing an appropriate intervention plan, this achieving knowledge of the effectiveness of the use of communication boards as an alternative method with support based on the selection of images as a means of expression.

Resumen : The present case analysis entitled "Dysphonia in a patient with bilateral chordal paralysis in adduction" has as its main objective to rehabilitate in particular the dysphonia that a patient presents, as a result of a total thyroidectomy surgical intervention, which affects her daily life, limiting Your communication   Therefore, it is necessary  to implement methodological   strategies that could-be voice management.  The treatment of&#xD;
voice therapy is a process that involves different procedures, to allow an efficient development of oral communication. The attention of a dysphonic patient requires a multidisciplinary intervention such as the language therapist and the otolaryngologist. Techniques for the collection of information by the patient and the otolaryngologist were considered, a speech therapy and speech assessment tool was detected, through observation 1 will identify the patient's difficulties and thus be able to adapt them to the intervention plan, and achieve the recovery of the left vocal cord with total mobility and the right vocal cord with chordal paresis with 60%.

Resumen : The present case analysis entitled “Deficit of comprehensive and expressive language in a patient with phenylketonuria”, refers to the intervention performed in a patient with phenylketonuria that presents problems to communicate, for this it is essential to implement an alternative / augmentative communication system (SAAC), as is the PECS, having only one objective to improve communication skills through functional communication in people with disabilities. To carry out this study, we proceeded in several phases, having as a starting point the gathering of information through the collection of data through the family interview, the individual logopedic record, the language therapy evaluation sheet and the assessment of the PLON-R test (Revised Navarre Oral Language Test) that together allowed to evaluate the communication skills, to create an adequate therapeutic intervention plan, improving communication through the execution of the PECS system which is based for its execution in an exchange of images to achieve functional communication.
