Por ello es necesario implementar estrategias metodológicas que permitan el manejo de la voz. El tratamiento de la terapia de voz es un proceso que involucra diferentes procedimientos, para permitir un eficiente desarrollo de la comunicación oral. La atención de un paciente disfónico requiere de una intervención multidisciplinaria como por ejemplo el terapeuta de lenguaje y el otorrinolaringólogo. Se utilizó técnicas para la recolección de información por parte de la paciente y el otorrinolaringólogo, se utilizó una herramienta de evaluación y valoración logopédica de la voz, a través de la observación me permitió identificar las dificultades de la paciente y así poder adaptarlas al plan de intervención, y lograr la' recuperación de la cuerda vocal izquierda con total movilidad y la cuerda vocal derecha con paresia cordal con un 60%.
