Autor : Vélez López, Luiggi Fernando Resumen : The present research work allows to develop the implementation of the environmental management system in the sanitary landfill in the organic matter process of the city of MantaEcuador, with the objective of identifying the environmental factors, and thus being able to minimize and/or prevent the damage to the environment that may occur, complying with the guidelines requested by ISO 14001:2015 and current legal regulations. In the first instance, an analysis of the current situation of the landfill will be carried out, which will allow the identification of the minimum requirements established in the ISO14001:2015 standard. The approach will be qualitative based on data collection techniques, it will be based on observation, which will allow the analysis of the reality of the factors that cause affectation or some environmental impact, both negative and positive. This proposal will be presented to the high political command, and thus make known the importance that the Environmental Management System (SGA) brings to the workers since initially in the diagnosis 19.37% compliance was obtained, and after the improvement proposal in which an EMS manual was prepared and it was possible to obtain 70% compliance in general, which is satisfactory, as a recommendation it is suggested to provide feedback to the management system in favor of continuous improvement through monitoring and application of internal audits . In this case, that of ISO 9001, in this sense, this TFM, has the purpose of developing the proposal for the Implementation of an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in the Social Development Directorate in the Provincial GAD of Manabí, which allows the improvement and systematization of each of the processes, reaching a higher level of confidence internally and externally and therefore improving the organization's approach. Autor : Mendoza Rivadeneira, Ana María Resumen : The purpose of this work is to provide tools for the application of a quality system in the food industry, in order to improve the food service process in a psychiatric hospital, using the minimum of resources, restructuring the management of the areas from the base and fund of the kitchen. As starting point for this purpose, is using the national regulation (ARCSA), wich is complemented by the ISO 22000:2018 normative, hazard analysis, and good manufacturing practices, which are focused in the preparation of the food. An starting analysis was conducted, in order to search for the improvement points on the food service. Thanks to the manuals SOOP, HACCP an GMP, there was a substantial improvement in the manufacturing, infrastructure, and administrative processes, in order to achieve the ARCSA requirements. Autor : Mora Franco, Renzo Paúl Resumen : The management systems allow to have the controlled processes and help to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency in all the stages of the process, in addition to helping us to reduce the convergence in the specifications of the products, the present investigative work has as main objective to design a plan to the implementation of a quality and safety system based on the FSSC 22000 standard for the company MERCAGRO S.A. using a quantitative methodology and an exploratory, descriptive level of research that helps to make the improvement proposal based on the current diagnosis of the company. In the diagnostic stage, it was shown that the company currently complies with 42% of the scheme, after developing all the activities and sets of prerequisites described in the improvement proposal, the results obtained indicated that 95% compliance was reached. with the certifiable scheme FSSC 22000. Utilizando una metodología cuantitativa y un nivel de investigación exploratorio, descriptivo que ayudo a realizar la propuesta de mejora a partir del diagnóstico actual de la empresa .
