Abstract: The research aims to analyze the contribution of Podcasts for developing learners’ soft skills Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. The systematic literature review uses the Prism methodology to select 65 theoretical and empirical works published between 2000 and 2025 on the fields of Educational Psychology, Technology, and Management available in the databases Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo, and Latindex. The results show that podcasts work as accessible and flexible learning resources that foster learners’ Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. Leadership is shown as an adaptation and cooperative process that relies on empathy, flexibility, and group work, meanwhile Emotional Intelligence is know as the foundation for managing emotions, feelings, and building positive interpersonal relationships. It concluded that podcasts are a significant and reliable resource that contribute to learners’ leadership and emotional intelligence soft-skills in the contemporary education system, improving students’ empathy, resilience, and motivation for learning.
