Abstract: THIS RESEARCH WORK IS DIRECTED TO DEVELOP SIGNIFICANTLY THE BASIC VOCABULARY IN STUDENTS WHO ARE IN THE PROCESS OF THE SECOND LANGUAGE ACQUISITION (ENGLISH). THE THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK INCLUDES INFORMATION ABOUT THE INDEPENDENT VARIABLE, IT IS FOCUSED ON TEACHING STRATEGIES.
Description: THE ACQUISITION OF A NON-NATIVE LANGUAGE DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO A LEISURE ACTIVITY OR A SIMPLE POSSIBILITY BUT IT IS FUNDAMENTAL AND NECESSARY FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN A GLOBALIZED WORLD WHERE COMMUNICATION IS KEY FOR GETTING SUCCESS. WITHIN THE EDUCATIONAL AREA, IN OUR COUNTRY, LEARNING A SECOND LANGUAGE IS PART OF THE CURRICULUM.
