Abstract:	This study analyses the factors that constitute the hospital work environment in relation to difficulties in nutrition among nursing staff. Objective.To analyse the contributions of research on the work environment and its repercussions on the nutritional health status of nursing staff in hospital areas.
Description:	El presente estudio analiza los factores que constituyen el ambiente laboral hospitalario en relación con las dificultades en la nutrición del personal de enfermería. Objetivo. Analizar los aportes de investigaciones en el entorno laboral y sus repercusiones en el estado de salud nutricional del personal de enfermería en las áreas hospitalarias.
