| Abstract: | The study of pulmonary vital capacity in high performance athletes is essential for the proper management of training and development of competitions. This plays a major role in soccer, due to the high dynamism displayed in it by the athletes. Objective. The objective of the present study was to identify the effect of sports training on Lung Vital Capacity in second division soccer athletes, in correspondence with the athletes’ playing positions. |
| Description: | El estudio de la capacidad vital pulmonar en los atletas de alto rendimiento es esencial para el correcto manejo del entrenamiento y desarrollo de las competencias. Lo anterior reviste mayor importancia en el fútbol, debido al elevado dinamismo desplegado por los atletas. Objetivo. El objetivo del presente estudio fue identificar el efecto del entrenamiento deportivo sobre la capacidad vital pulmonar en atletas de fútbol de segunda división en correspondencia con las posiciones de juego de los futbolistas. |
