Abstract: MOTIVATION IS THE WILLINGNESS OF A PERSON TO REACH A GOAL, SO IT BECOMES A FACTOR THAT INFLUENCES THE ABILITY TO LEARN, THE SAME INVOLVES FACTORS SUCH AS INTEREST, CURIOSITY AND DESIRE (NEED) TO ACHIEVE THE SAME. IN THE TEACHING - LEARNING PROCESS MOTIVATION PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND THAT IS HELPFUL FOR REACHING THE OBJECTIVES AT THE BEGINNING OF A PROCESS.
Description: LA MOTIVACIÓN ES LA DISPOSICIÓN DE UNA PERSONA PARA CONSEGUIR UNA META, POR LO QUE SE CONSTITUYE EN UN FACTOR QUE CONDICIONA LA CAPACIDAD DE APRENDER, LA MISMA INVOLUCRA FACTORES COMO EL INTERÉS, LA CURIOSIDAD Y EL DESEO (LA NECESIDAD) DE LOGRO HACIA EL MISMO. EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA APRENDIZAJE LA MOTIVACIÓN JUEGA UN PAPEL FUNDAMENTAL EN LA ACTUACIÓN DEL INDIVIDUO YA QUE ES DE MUCHA AYUDA PARA CONSEGUIR LOS OBJETIVOS TRAZADOS AL INICIO DE UN PROCESO.
