Abstract: | MOTIVATION IS THE WILLINGNESS OF A PERSON TO REACH A GOAL, SO IT BECOMES A FACTOR THAT INFLUENCES THE ABILITY TO LEARN, THE SAME INVOLVES FACTORS SUCH AS INTEREST, CURIOSITY AND DESIRE (NEED) TO ACHIEVE THE SAME. IN THE TEACHING - LEARNING PROCESS MOTIVATION PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND THAT IS HELPFUL FOR REACHING THE OBJECTIVES AT THE BEGINNING OF A PROCESS. |
