Control financiero en la toma de decisiones gerenciales de las Unidades Educativas Particulares de Manta.

Abstract

This research aimed to integrate financial control as a tool in management decision- making for Manta's particular high schools. For this purpose, mixta research was carried out, with descriptive methods, analytical, documentary and bibliographic; through surveys as a means of collecting data and information. The problem that was intended to be solved is the inefficient financial control that leads to many of the decisions taken being not correct, which has caused the closure of many institutions due to liquidity problems and insecurity in the partners when investing in them.
