| Abstract: | This work addressed the issue of the Organic Law of Tax Simplicity and Progressivity related to micro-enterprises in the city of Manta because many taxpayers do not have knowledge of this tax law or sufficient liquidity to pay for the payment of 2% tax on income and for this reason its objective was to determine the effects of the organic law of tax simplicity and progressivity in the microenterprise field in the city of Manta in the fiscal period 2020. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo abordó el tema de la Ley Orgánica de Simplicidad y Progresividad tributaria relacionado a las microempresas en la ciudad de Manta debido a que muchos contribuyentes no disponen del conocimiento de esta ley tributaria ni la liquidez suficiente para solventar el pago del 2% de impuesto a la renta y por esto tuvo como objetivo determinar los efectos de la ley orgánica de simplicidad y progresividad tributaria en el ámbito microempresa en la ciudad de Manta en el periodo fiscal 2020. |
