Abstract

The purpose of this article is to establish the incidence of labor legislation in the financial management of private sector companies, addressing the origin of labor law and the applicability of laws in organizations, in order to respond to the problems they present. private sector organizations to find a balance between complying with labor standards and protecting their financial integrity. For this, this research includes objectives such as: contextualizing the epistemology of labor legislation and the regulations established for the protection of workers.
