| Abstract: | The general objective of this paper is to know and identify the factors that affect customs competitiveness; under a qualitative research approach and bibliographical research, the most incident variables related to the concept of competitiveness iare considered in customs legislation of countries that, after an analysis, obtained the first places with respect to their customs competitiveness. |
| Description: | Este trabajo tiene como objetivo general conocer e identificar los factores que incidan en la competitividad aduanera; bajo un enfoque de investigación cualitativo e investigación bibliográfica, se consideran las variables más incidentes relacionados al concepto de competitividad en la legislación aduanera de países que, tras un análisis, obtuvieron los primeros lugares con respecto a su competitividad aduanera. |
