| Abstract: | The present research work allowed us to know how the budget decrease impacted in the Lay University Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, from 2019-2020. This research aimed to compile the budgetary information of the institution for the period to be investigated, both in the Financial Area and Institutional Planning, such as the Strategic Plan for Institutional Development, the Annual Operating Plan, Accountability. of the first semester of 2020. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación permitió conocer la incidencia de la disminución presupuestaria en la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, en el contexto de la actual crisis económica en el Ecuador. Esta investigación, tuvo como objetivo recopilar la información presupuestaria de la institución del periodo investigado, tanto en el Área Financiera y Planificación Institucional, como es el Plan Estratégico de Desarrollo Institucional, el Plan Operativo Anual, Rendición de Cuentas del primer semestre de 2020. |
