| Abstract: | The generation of financial resources by the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Governments is possible. For years, these institutions have had serious drawbacks to be able to achieve a fiscal solvency in the medium and long term, that guarantees that once all the responsibilities and obligations acquired have been covered, financial resources can be generated and allow a clear focus on the execution of programs and projects in benefit of their community. |
| Description: | La generación de recursos financieros por parte de los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados Municipales, es posible. Durante años, estas instituciones han tenido graves inconvenientes para poder alcanzar una solvencia fiscal a mediano y largo plazo que garantice que una vez cubierta todas las responsabilidades y obligaciones adquiridas, se puedan generar recursos financieros que permitan enfocarse netamente en la ejecución de programas y proyectos en beneficio de su comunidad. |
