Ejecución del Plan Anual de Contratación y sus incidencias en el presupuesto del Gobierno Municipal de Tosagua 2019-2020.

Abstract

The Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Governments were created with the purpose of having autonomy to plan and execute investment projects, through the obtaining and generation of different sources of income that pay for their execution in accordance with the regulations in force in Ecuador. This research report provides information on the execution of the Annual Contracting Plan and its impact on the budget of the Municipal Government of Tosagua in the years 2019 and 2020, considering that in Ecuador there are laws that oblige public institutions to achieve a better and more effective use of the economic resources of the State.
