| Abstract: | The purpose of this research work is to determine the incidence that the income tax has had on inheritances, bequests and donations in the tax collection of Ecuador, for which a bibliographic review of the antecedents of this tax and the constant changes was developed. in the regulations to date, in addition to a quantitative investigation to demonstrate through a comparison of the items collected during the last five periods. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad de determinar la incidencia que ha tenido el impuesto a la renta sobre herencias, legados y donaciones en la recaudación tributaria del Ecuador, para cual se desarrolló una revisión bibliográfica de los antecedentes de este impuesto y los constantes cambios en la normativa hasta la actualidad, además de una investigación de tipo cuantitativa para demostrar mediante una comparación de los rubros recaudados durante los últimos cinco periodos. |
