| Abstract: | The objective of the research was to design a practical theoretical proposal in financial education that allows individuals to acquire basic knowledge so that make wise financial decisions; This research corresponds to a study not descriptive experimental design of cross-correlational because the variables were analyzed as they appear in reality; the result of the design of the manual will be a tool fundamental that will help the inhabitants to get out of the illiteracy that exists in the locality. |
