| Abstract: | Digital communication is a strategic line of the new management model of organizations, because it integrates in a single concept, the administrative, organizational, political and development vision philosophy; which is making of institutional action a shared and legitimate act in front of the mission that generates the relationship between the population and their authorities. This research is based on the systematization of the theoretical references reviewed and extracted from indexed publications regarding the communicational, organizational and political dimensions in the context of public administration. |
| Description: | La comunicación digital es línea estratégica del nuevo modelo de gestión de las organizaciones, porque integra en un solo concepto, la filosofía administrativa, organizacional, política y de visión de desarrollo; haciendo del accionar institucional, un acto conjunto y legítimo frente a la misión que genera la relación entre la población y sus autoridades. La presente investigación se respalda en la sistematización en las referencias teóricas revisadas y extraídas de publicaciones indexadas respecto a las dimensiones; comunicacional, organizacional y política en el contexto de la administración pública. |
