| Abstract: | The current research was done based in shipping and port industry of Ecuador. Global companies through their representatives in Latin American in our country, which have expressed its point of view concerning to this subject, the purpose of this investigation is to analyze the impact that would cause to the national maritime industry the installation of a center building, maintenance and reparation of vessels.(shipyard). |

Las empresas globales a través de sus representantes en Latinoamérica en nuestro país han expresado sus puntos de vista referente a esta investigación. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la incidencia que provocaría a la Industria marítima nacional la instalación de un centro de construcción, mantenimiento y reparación de buques (Astillero Naval). |
