Abstract:	The objective of this investigation is the one of establishing a guide of the different steps to continue, for the attention and development of the operations of the ships that saturate in Ecuadorian ports, specifically for the Shipping Agencies of the Ecuador. This manual will serve as consultation tool and it guides for the attention of the ships. To facilitate their handling it is divided in two big parts like they are Administrative Procedures - Documental and Operational Procedures, the same ones that are subdivided in procedures: before, during and after the arrival of the ship.
Description:	El objetivo de esta investigación es el de establecer una guía de los diferentes pasos a seguir, para la atención y desarrollo de las operaciones de las naves que recalen en puertos ecuatorianos, específicamente para las Agencias Navieras del Ecuador. Este manual servirá como herramienta de consulta y guía para la atención de las naves. Para facilitar su manejo está dividido en dos grandes partes como son Procedimientos Administrativos – Documentales y Procedimientos Operacionales, los mismos que se subdividen en procedimientos antes, durante y después del arribo de la nave.
