Buenas prácticas de gestión turística integrada e inteligente en el cantón Jipijapa, Manabí - Ecuador.

Abstract

Integrated management is a single system designed to manage many aspects of an organization's operations in accordance with multiple standards, it allows managers to define their standards and policies to improve product quality, taking advantage of new opportunities offered by technology through the application of innovative tools. The project is considered as "Good practices of integrated and intelligent tourism management in the Jipijapa canton - Manabí-Ecuador", it has the objective of Identifying good practices of integrated and intelligent management, in the Jipijapa canton for the tourist development of the territory. The methods and techniques used to carry out this project were theoretical methods (analytical-synthetic, inductivedeductive), which were used for the construction of the research and for the statement of the hypothesis, empirical methods (Analysis of documents); among the techniques used observation, interview, surveys, checklist. The analysis of the indicators reflects that the managers fully agree on most of the criteria, but the highest percentages of totally disagree or undecided correspond to integrated management. The use of an accessibility system is the worst evaluated indicator. 14 good practices that must be met in the Jipijapa canton are identified, these reaffirm the necessary integrated management of tourism, which is more inclusive and harmonious, together with the development of capacities for the use of intelligent technologies by managers.
