Abstract: | The research Project entitled “Analysis of the service quality of the Plazoleta Azua Nº4 taxi cooperative in the city of Manta” has as its main objective to determine the quality of service provided by the taxi cooperative to its customers, which has as main dimensions reliability, security, empathy, responsiveness and tangible elements. The methodology that was applied to this quantitative research Project through the descriptive study with a non-experimental research design, using the survey technique, in which the Likert method was used, which correspond to the 5 dimensions of the SERVQUAL model that measures the perception of the quality of service of the clients. With the results obtained, a proposal was made to improve the quality of service of the Plazoleta Azua Nº4 taxi cooperative in the city of Manta. |
Description: | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar la fiabilidad en la calidad de servicio, identificar la seguridad de las personas que optan tener el servicio, determinar la empatía de las personas en la calidad de servicio e identificar los elementos tangibles de la cooperativa de taxis Plazoleta Azua Nº4 de la ciudad de Manta. |
