Abstract: In the present research work, the general objective of the analysis of the informal cocoa sector in the San José De Las Juntas campus is to look for the factors that prevent small cocoa farmers from undertaking, considering that they have the raw material as the main source of income in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. Having the venture to export your raw material to associated brands or look for other methods of information in order to have basic knowledge for the sustainability of your income. To start with the analysis of the informal cocoa sector, which has as its purpose within its scheme to determine the reasons why said sector does not have initiatives to undertake or seek better payments for its raw material to determine with the reasons for its minority income from the cocoa sector, we focus on surveys to thoroughly analyze this sector.
Description: Como objetivo de esta investigación es buscar cuál es la situación actual de la comercialización del cacao del recinto San José de las Juntas, si la producción, comercialización y gestión del sector del cacao tiene como sustento un comercio justo y si existe interés por parte de los productores para fortalecer la producción y comercialización del cacao.
