Proceso de producción en “La Fabril S.A.” para incrementar la productividad.

Abstract

The present investigation was carried out with an academic-business purpose, stating a proposal to improve the production process in the company “La Fabril S.A.” and influence as a complement to the current management that in turn allows to increase productivity. The action plan prepared is based on continuous improvement, which proposes the practice delegated and executed in the study environment, so that for a satisfactory increase in productivity to be carried out, continuous improvement must be applied, starting from the information analysis determines that there is a need to complement existing strategies with sequential parameters that help correct, prevent, and enhance production processes. To establish the approach, three dimensions were used that are related to the project variable, which are: efficiency, optimization, and quality improvement. Therefore, the design of the action plan developed in this project is projected to maximize its strengths, reduce its weaknesses, and obtain competitive advantages. The conclusions and recommendation link management with efficiency at work. It should be noted that this project can contribute to deepen the studies of production processes and adapt its method for its implementation in some other companies that need to use this variable in their processes.
