Abstract: | The objective of this research project is to describe how the organizational climate influences the work performance of the workers of the municipality of the Manta canton. The Organizational Climate is a very important pillar within any institution, be it public or private, therefore, through theoretical bases, concepts were detailed which cover this variable, understanding its dimensions such as communication, motivation, leadership and teamwork, all this to generate an adequate climate in an organization and in this case directed towards the municipality of the city of Manta, affecting the labor performance of the workers. For this reason, a quantitative methodology was used, with a descriptive-non-experimental design, within the results it was observed that a good Organizational Climate is maintained, although there are people who maintain an indifference when questioned on this issue and reflected in their opinion. performance, therefore, the proposal focuses on carrying out actions that contribute and strengthen each dimension of the Organizational Climate and this is reflected in the performance of each employee of the municipality of the city of Manta. |
Description: | El presente proyecto de Investigación tiene como objetivo describir como el clima organizacional influye en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la municipalidad del cantón Manta. El Clima Organizacional es un pilar muy importante dentro de cualquier institución, sea esta pública o privada, por ello, mediante bases teóricas se detallaron conceptos los cuales abarcan esta variable, comprendiendo sus dimensiones como lo son la comunicación, motivación, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, todo esto para generar un clima adecuado en una organización y en este caso dirigido hacia el municipio de la ciudad de Manta, repercutiendo en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores. |
