Abstract: The current research project was developed, based on the problems that Epam currently faces, with the aim of giving an efficient initiative. The problem lies in the organizational climate and its predominance in EPAM's internal communication. The organizational climate belongs to the most relevant schemes in an organization, it is the essential part of a company. Each institution is created and constituted by values, principles, policies, culture and an optimal work environment of teamwork, in order to cover the needs and service offered to clients. Failure to carry out leadership techniques and internal organizational communication is quite feasible that the fulfillment of the goals will not be achieved, in the same way taking into account the fair remuneration of workers. Collaboration in worker performance is important in order to achieve efficiency. It is essential to use tools and techniques that contribute to motivation and teamwork in order to provide support to the members of the organization, so that the collaborators adapt. In public institutions, they study the work environment through mediation with the help of technology, evaluating 3 important points: Leadership, Commitment and the work environment.
Description: El actual proyecto de investigación se elaboró, basada en la problemática que en la actualidad confronta la Epam, con el objetivo de dar una iniciativa eficiente. El problema radica el clima organizacional y su predominación en la comunicación interna de la EPAM. El clima organizacional pertenece a los esquemas más relevantes en una organización es la parte esencial de una empresa. Cada institución se crea y constituye por valores, principios, políticas, cultura y un ambiente laboral óptimo de trabajo en equipo, así poder cubrir las necesidades y servicio que se les ofrece a los clientes.
