Abstract

This study on the impact of continuous training on the productivity Unidad de Patronato Municipal y Amparo Social de Manta stated the objective of evaluating the impact of continuous training on productivity, which it seeks to identify through the collection of information from the population and to determine whether the goods are used optimally, as well as the resources offered by the municipal institution are of great importance when establishing the techniques applied to in-service training and entrepreneurial training within the Unidad de Patronato Municipal y Amparo Social de Manta. The hypothesis shows that continuous training is adequate in the application of knowledge, abilities and skills for the development of productivity of the Unidad de Patronato Municipal y Amparo Social de Manta, which through the analysis of results indicated the margins of reliability according to the active participation of the studied sample. Finally, in the search to maintain these levels of satisfaction with productivity according to the continuous training of professionals working in the various areas and functions, it was possible to provide an action plan with the appropriate activities to follow to maintain levels of satisfaction both at the individual, institutional and social levels.
