Aplicación web para el control de ingresos y gastos en la Unidad Educativa “Jesucristo Rey” del cantón El Carmen.

Abstract

The objective of this degree work is the development of a web application for the control of income and expenses in the Educational Unit "Jesus Christ the King" of the canton El Carmen, with the approach to provide a solution to the present problem with the massification in the volume of data, and the speed of access to information that are recorded, this comes to generate dissatisfaction among parents of the institution since such processes are no longer adequate. To make this problem evident, we proceeded to apply the techniques for data collection such as the interview that was directed to the secretary in charge of the collection area and the surveys to the parents of the institution, with the collection of the information we were able to define what are the requirements to implement and what shortcomings to solve. Finally, as a result, the development of the web application for the control of income and expenses in the institution was achieved, the system fulfills the functions such as registration and consultation of periods, customers, students, parallels, enrollment allocation, management of payments, expenses, generation of reports and receipts of payments.
