Abstract: | The use of fibrolytic enzymes in the diet of broiler chickens is of fundamental importance in terms of animal nutrition and production. The present investigation provides information on the use of the incorporation of fibrolytic enzymes in a conventional balanced diet for broilers. The Allzyme SSF product is formulated with a select strain (non-GMO) of Aspergillus niger, this multi-enzymatic solution helps in the flexibility of the formulation of diets whose main objective is to degrade the fiber integrated in the raw materials, especially non-starch polysaccharides (PNA) present in the diet of broiler birds. The enzyme integrated into conventional feed began to be supplied from 2 weeks of life, in the development and fattening stage. The presence of integrated enzymes in conventional diets is not relevant due to its low presence of fiber, not showing significance between treatments. The feed conversion that stood out the most was that of Treatment 2, being superior to the other 2 treatments and expressing itself in the last 3 weeks. Commercial balanced diets are not recommended to be combined with fibrolytic enzymes due to their low concentration of fibrous foods as components of the diet. Production costs in relation to conventional poultry production do not leave benefits higher than this. |
