Abstract

The use of information and communication technologies provides a great advantage when it comes to optimizing administrative processes such as information management, therefore, the designs of technological solutions must be easy to use. The objective of the project is to develop a computer system for the management of the information of institutional agreements of the Information Technologies career of the Laica Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí Extension Chone. The methodological development was aligned to a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach, where the population was made up of six people who are in charge of the internship and outreach departments, as well as the research commission of the Uleam Chone extension university. It is concluded that the functional and non-functional requirements obtained through the interviews allowed the development of a web system that has the standard functions of information and file management, such as the search, deletion, modification and registration of data. Keeping in mind that the technological tools used allow the scalability and adaptability of the system.
