Abstract: The objective of this titration work was the capture and multiplication of three efficient microorganisms Bacillus, Trichoderma and Yeast in three types of treatments with different mixtures for subsequent application in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), bell pepper (Capsicum annuum) and cucumber (Cucumis sativus) crops, and with an absolute control per crop. The first treatment used was a mixture of 150 mL of Gram positive Bacillus, 75 mL of Yeast and 75 mL of Gram negative Bacillus, in three liters of water, the second 150 mL of Gram positive Bacillus, 75 mL of Gram negative Bacillus, 75 mL of Yeast and 500 mL of Trichoderma, in three liters of water and for the third 75 mL of Yeast, 500 mL of Trichoderma and 75 mL of Gram positive Bacillus, in three liters of water. With respect to the control, no type of treatment was applied to this one. As for the results obtained from the application of the different mixtures of efficient microorganisms in the cultivation of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), in the cultivation of bell pepper (Capsicum annuum) and finally in the cultivation of cucumber (Cucumis sativus), in which were evaluated the variables such as the percentage of germination, length of the leaf, width of the leaf, quantity of leaves/plant and height of the plant did not have greater influence and these did not affect the normal development of each plant. It should be noted that there were no significant differences among the three treatments applied, nor in the control.
