Abstract: The present investigation was carried out at the Tigrillo Farm of the Laica Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí, Chone Extension, where the objective was to evaluate the characteristics of the bocashi fertilizer through autochthonous microorganisms. Theoretical, empirical and analytical methodology was used. The analysis of the samples was carried out in the laboratories of the Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López "ESPAMMFL", while the analyzes of concentration of organic matter and macro-micro nutrients were carried out at the "Pichilingue" Tropical Experimental Station. ; where the specific objectives embodied in the investigation were stipulated. Providing as microbiological results in treatment 2, a total of 1248 million CFU/gr of Aerobic Mesophilic bacteria was obtained; Similarly, in the same treatment, the concentration of organic matter and macro elements (N, P, K, Ca and S) obtained the highest concentration of organic matter with 17.3%. In this way, a technical guide on the capture of microorganisms, multiplication and application was proposed, microorganisms as microbial addition restores the microbiological balance of the soil, improves the physicochemical characteristics, also increases the production of crops and their protection.
Description: La presente investigación se realizó en la Finca Tigrillo de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí Extensión Chone donde tuvo como objetivo evaluar las características del abono bocashi mediante microrganismos autóctonos. Se utilizó metodología teórica, empírica y analítica. En el análisis de las muestras se realizaron en los laboratorios de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López "ESPAMMFL", mientras que los análisis de concentración de materia orgánica y macro – micro nutrientes se realizaron en la Estación Experimental Tropical "Pichilingue"; donde se estipularon los objetivos específicos plasmado en la investigación.
