Propuesta de Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional basado en la norma ISO 45001:2018 en la Empresa MOTORMARKET S.A de la Ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

This research work allows developing the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system in the company Motormarket S.A. in the city of Manta-Ecuador, with the objective of identifying the risk factors, minimize and prevent damage to the health of the worker that may occur in the jobs within the organization, complying with the guidelines requested by the ISO 45001:2018 standard and the current legal regulations. In the first instance, the company will conduct an analysis of the current situation of the company, which will allow identifying the minimum requirements established in the single labor system of Ecuador in relation to occupational safety and health. The approach will be qualitative based on data collection techniques, it will be based on observation and interview that will allow the analysis of the reality of the risk factors of the company Motormarket SA. This proposal will be presented to senior management, and thus make known the importance of the occupational health and safety management system for workers, since initially in the diagnosis 0% compliance was obtained, and after the improvement proposal in which a manual of SG-SST was developed and managed to obtain 80% compliance in general which is satisfactory, as a recommendation is suggested to feed back the management system in favor of continuous improvement through monitoring and implementation of internal audits.
