Abstract

The present investigation was developed in the company “Gobierno Autónomo Decentralizado de Jaramijó”, located in the central sector of the canton belonging to the province of Manabí; whose objective was to design an information dissemination system through electronic government to guarantee the right of access to free and timely information of the users of Gad-Jaramijó 2022, the technique used for data collection was the survey through a questionnaire , based on questions related to the dissemination of information: For the preparation of this research, 40 citizens and workers collaborated. In this context, the proposal for the dissemination of citizen information through alternative formats in the GAD-Jaramijó 2022 seeks to guarantee equitable and accessible access to information for all the citizens. This approach is based on the recognition of human rights, the principle of open government and the implementation of eGovernment strategies. The adoption of alternative formats, such as braille materials, audio documents or videos with sign language interpretation, aims to vercome the barriers to accessing information for people with disabilities or technological limitations. This proposal will contribute to strengthening transparency, promoting citizen participation and ensuring inclusive access to information in the GAD-Jaramijó.
