Propuesta de Modelo de Negocio E-commerce en la empresa “Mueblería Caicedo” en el Cantón Manta 2023.

Abstract

E-commerce business models have revolutionized the way companies operate and sell their products or services, however, their application can be compromised by certain limitations. One of the main challenges that companies present is the lack of technological infrastructure, the lack of financial resources and the necessary technical knowledge, causing the inability to adopt this approach. In this thesis, the application of strategies is analyzed with the objective of designing a proposal for an e-commerce business model in the company "Mueblería Caicedo". The problem takes place in a proactive business environment where everyone wants to develop a competitive advantage. In this way, to address the identified problem, a methodology based on the detailed and meticulous analysis of studies, investigations and relevant previous works in the field of e-commerce was used. The results obtained qualitatively and quantitatively through the interview and surveys, lead to recognize the benefits that the design and implementation of a well-structured business model brings. To conclude, this thesis emphasizes the importance of applying an e-commerce business model within the company "Mueblería Caicedo". It is intended that the proposal be studied and subsequently implemented, this application can lead the company to take advantage of the potential of electronic commerce and expand in the digital market. The discoveries obtained in this degree work can provide guidance for companies seeking to innovate and manage efficient logistics.
