Propuesta de Modelo de Gestión para mejorar la Difusión de la Información a usuarios del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Jaramijó, 2022.

Abstract

The present investigative work was developed in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Jaramijó canton. The objective was to develop a Management Model that improves the dissemination of information to users of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Jaramijó canton 2022, in order to promote transparency and citizen participation. Finding as a result how the Management Model affects the improvement of the dissemination of information to users of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Jaramijó canton. Detailed about the technique used for data collection by means of a survey through a questionnaire, based on questions related to the model of management and dissemination of information which was applied to the officials that make up the GAD and to the citizens where they consist of 25 users, where deep and detailed information was obtained for processing through a tabulation. The proposal for the implementation of a Management Model European Foundation for Quality Management to improve the dissemination of citizen information from the GAD of the Jaramijó canton. With the objective of establishing a mechanism and strategies that allow a clear, timely and accessible communication to the users of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Jaramijó Canton. It was concluded that the implementation of the proposal will undoubtedly become a guide for efficient development and improvement in the dissemination of information thanks to the guidelines established therein. Therefore, it is recommended to use the procedures suggested in the document content.
