Abstract: In the following research work, the problem that the Public Company Aguas de Manta has in relation to the deficient delivery of information to carry out digital procedures was analyzed. It is worth mentioning that knowledge management plays a crucial role in the success of any organization. In the context of the EPAM, improving the accessibility of information for users in relation to digital procedures is of the utmost importance. To achieve this objective, the implementation of the Content Management System (Content Management System) was proposed. This is a tool that helps organizations create, publish and manage their web content. To carry out this research we have taken the following methods as Universe, Population, Sample, to emphasize the Universe is the Public Company Aguas de Manta, the Population is the Customer Service Department, the sample was formed by the Employees of the Customer Service Department, the Departmental Director and finally users who come to perform their formalities at the EPAM. On the other hand, the methods and techniques used in this research will be the following Theoretical Methods involving the Synthesis-Analysis, Documental-Bibliographic Analysis, Inductive-Deductive Method, besides empirical methods the survey were used. Finally, the results obtained revealed that, if they make use of knowledge management tools within the EPAM, there are also other important results that will be written in the next research report.
Description: En el siguiente trabajo de investigación se analizó la problemática que tiene la Empresa Pública Aguas de Manta con relación a la deficiente entrega de información para la realización de trámites digitales. Cabe mencionar que la gestión del conocimiento desempeña un papel crucial en el éxito de cualquier organización. En el contexto de la EPAM, mejorar la accesibilidad de información para los usuarios con relación a los trámites digitales es de suma importancia. Para lograr este objetivo, se propuso la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Contenido (Content Management Sistem).
