Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine how ICT can ensure access to information in this area. To achieve this, specific objectives have been established, which include defining the role of ICT within CNEL EP, evaluating the availability of suitable technological equipment, and determining which ICT tools are used for the processing, protection, and flow of information. This approach is based on recognizing the low level of knowledge compared to current technological advancements. This knowledge gap poses a risk to both business management activities and daily operations. In summary, this project aims to analyze ICT tools as a guarantee of access to information. It seeks to understand the role of ICT, evaluate the available technological infrastructure, and propose improvements that allow for more efficient management and optimal utilization of information within the organization. This proposal will contribute to designing a training module on ICT tools that meet the requirements of the Cadastre and Billing area of the Public Company CNEL EP in the city of Manta.
