Abstract: | The deficiency in access to information in a public company gives rise to new needs that must be covered in an optimal way to achieve a good flow of information because this is essential in the management of information management. The objective of the proposal is to design of the EPAM information flow to guarantee access to information as a citizen's right. A Likert-type survey was applied as an instrument, whose questions were structured based on access to information as a citizen's right. The study was carried out at the Manta Public Water Company (EPAM), located in the canton of Manta in the province of Manabí. A prospective method was used, which in turn allowed me to describe with theoretical foundations about the Design of an information flow in the EPAM. In conclusion, it was possible to recognize that the main cause that prevents citizens from having effective access to information , is that in some cases, the information may be available, but it may be difficult to find or access; the information may be available only in print, which may make it difficult for people with disabilities to access it or who do not have access to communication channels such as social media or the website. |
Description: | La deficiencia en el acceso a la información en una empresa pública hace que surjan nuevas necesidades que deben de ser cubiertas de manera óptima para alcanzar un buen fujo de información debido a que este es primordial en el manejo de gestión informacional. El objetivo de la propuesta es diseñar un flujo de la información de la EPAM para garantizar el acceso a la información como derecho ciudadano. Se aplico como instrumento una encuesta tipo Likert, cuyas preguntas fueron estructuradas en base al acceso a la información como derecho ciudadano. |
