Abstract: | The following work exposes the indicators of a functional organizational chart in a transport company, emphasizing the role of the manager in handling internal processes such as constant monitoring, contract regulation, and supervision of the units; and external, such as relations with other companies. The project´s, goals were based of the institution´s reality and operations, executed though several comprehensive proposals aimed at increasing potential clients. In order to establish results, a qualitative investigation was carried out in the transport company Mantatun S.A., evidencing its work through measurement instruments and data collection, which includes an in-depth interview with questions aligned to the objectives, up to a series of surveys carried out to shareholders. At the end of the second phase, the opinions of shareholders and the main leader of the transport organization at the cantonal level were contrasted, leading to the fulfillment of objectives, which lie in the correct functioning of the company in terms of innovation, maintenance and management of information. In the same way, the current integrating components of the environment are evaluated together with the growing needs of transport at different times of society. |
Description: | El siguiente trabajo expone los indicadores de un organigrama funcional en una compañía de transporte, enfatizando la importancia en el desarrollo que tiene el gerente ante los procesos internos como el monitoreo constante, regulación de contratos, la supervisión de las unidades; o externas como las relaciones con las demás compañías. Tomando en cuenta la fundamentación de este proyecto, se ejecutaron metas tomando en consideración la realidad y el funcionamiento de la institución, a partir de varias propuestas integrales que beneficien el incremento de clientes potenciales. |
