Textos informativos a partir de Tauras como herramienta para el fortalecimiento de la comunicación escrita.

Abstract

The present work was carried out with the purpose of strengthening written communication in the students of the tenth parallel year "C" of Higher Basic Education of the Fiscomisional Educational Unit "Juan Montal" of the city of Manta during the period 2022-2023. This research used a qualitative approach, which focuses on understanding and describing the phenomena and situations through the collection of non-quantitative data. To achieve this, different methods were used, such as surveys and interviews, which made it possible to collect detailed information rich in descriptions and opinions from the participants. For the sample, 30 students aged approximately 14 to 15 years of both genders were considered, the survey instruments were prepared based on the research variables with 10 multiple-choice questions, where the student had to select the answer that he considered the correct one. , the interview was also carried out with the teacher of the Language and Literature area of the upper basic of the institution, in this way the results indicate that the majority of students cannot correctly identify an informative text. Finally, it is important to reinforce this theme in the classroom through activities that help to improve the weaknesses that arise when integrating the informative texts through the work "Tauras" proposing short fragments extracted from the work, this will awaken the interest of the student. to work with them, strengthening their academic activities, and enriching the teaching-learning process in them.
