Abstract: The theme Diagnostic study of the organizational structure and its effect on strategic management of the company Lomucia Cía. Ltda. of Canton Portoviejo; whose goal is to make the collection of information necessary for the diagnosis of organizational structure; and hence the lifting of Organic Functional manuals, in order to give it strategic direction, avoiding duplication of work. This research by observing reality and data collection, more analysis of the results of surveys and interviews with customers, employees and managers and owners; relevant to the development of the proposal in order to optimize time and resources and clearly and accurately assign roles and responsibilities in each position of the company. This study fails to identify the main problems and challenges facing owners and managers of the company Lomucia. Cía. Ltda. And therefore their growth and performance; reason why the suggest strategies to overcome these difficulties and challenges. The present work articulates, on a single model that encompasses various aspects of this reality, for which it was used a methodology based on inductive and deductive, scientific methods to over induction and the deduction thereof was used. The structure of this thesis is comprised into parts which include Frame work Referential, Theory and Conceptual; Proposal, Conclusions and Recommendations to show more as positive the raised hypo thesis. With the aim of facilitate the reading of the proposal and the experiences presented in this work was taken into account macro context, and the micro of this problem, reason why it is put it to consideration academic readers, students, businessmen, professionals from the area from both the publican private sector being considered as a contribution in the working environment and the academic to leverage local and national designed for this proposal, which seems to present a new organizational structure that allows way to and correct functional direction. The proposal also includes the redistribution of functions and levels, Director, Officer, Control, Consultancy, Operation a land Administrative. The insertion, deletion and merging of tasks, with the aim of give you to the company operativity and evenhandedness in the responsibility in accordance with work to be developed; as results of the updated manual organic and functional lets you de fine a clear and simple manner the function sand tasks at a certain jobs and the factors that are necessary to realize them successfully, as levels of knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Description: Esta investigación mediante la observación de la realidad y la recolección de información, a más del análisis de los resultados de las encuestas y entrevistas hechas a los clientes, trabajadores y administradores y propietarios; relevantes para la elaboración de la propuesta a fin de optimizar tiempos y recursos y de una manera clara y precisa la asignar de funciones y responsabilidades en cada puesto de trabajo de la empresa.
