Análisis de centro poblado montañita del cantón Junín de la provincia de Manabí y propuesta de intervención mediante un sistema de espacios públicos.

Abstract

The present investigation is developed in the search for a main objective, the same one that is to analyze the current land use of the Montañita town center and the intervention of a public space system, as a tool for the development and territorial ordering with sustainable criteria. Of environmental protection and conservation of the natural landscape. Together, it is expected to improve the rural natural image of the town and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. The theoretical approach used is based on an anthropological perspective, highlighting the sections of interest for the proper development of the study, supporting the variables raised. Within the methodology, the use of the inductive and deductive method stands out, based on the analysis of the theoretical references that support the research. Likewise, the analytical-synthetic method was used for the analysis of the results. The techniques for collecting information were based on direct observation, field work and bibliographic analysis. Highlighting the survey as the main tool for data collection applied to 287 people who live in the locality in order to know the current land use and the intervention of the public space system in Montañita. The results obtained allow us to have a theoretical-conceptual reference on the approach ddressed, in addition, the existing public spaces and their shortcomings are identified, and jointly the use of the land is reflected through thematic maps that serve to strengthen the territorial ordering plan in rural areas.
