Análisis del espacio público y su regeneración mediante urbanismo táctico en la parroquia San Lorenzo del cantón San Lorenzo, provincia de Esmeraldas.

Abstract

The object of the investigation is to carry out an urban-architectural proposal in the main public spaces of the San Lorenzo parish of the San Lorenzo canton of the province of Esmeraldas, being also places in which the different activities of the parish are carried out. This is an analytical investigation in which the inductive, deductive and abstract methods have been used to obtain the data to identify and analyze the different problems that these spaces have. Due to the information obtained, the proposal is feasible to carry out due to the need that the inhabitants have to be able to obtain free spaces for circulation and recreation. Therefore, the proposal for the regeneration of public spaces is created through tactical urban planning strategies with green areas and spaces to improve the mobility of users of the city's central streets. This can help to actively improve the leisure activities of the inhabitants and with the adequate socialization of the care, maintenance and respect of the spaces, promote common well-being.
