Elaboración de un prototipo arquitectónico piloto de una unidad educativa bajo consideraciones de pandemia para el cantón Jaramijó.

Abstract

The present investigation is oriented to investigate and reveal the structural affectations in the centers of Basic Education - High School at national level, specifically in the Jaramijó canton, that during the period of pandemic by the sanitary emergency of the COVID-19, deteriorated due to the abandonment to which they were exposed. The objective of the study was to carry out a diagnosis to determine if there is inefficiency in the educational centers in relation to the application of spaces that should be established as biosecurity measures and to develop a prototype of a pilot educational unit for the Jaramijó canton. The methodology to be used is analytical - descriptive, since theoretical and conceptual bases are applied, visualizations of educational typologies, review of standards established in the institutions under study, which are the Guadalupe Larriva, Aníbal San Andrés Robledo and Felipe Chávez Educational Units; as a research technique, the quantitative method will be used, using surveys for data collection, which will allow making a diagnosis, and its results will be related to practical methods in an established property. The concluding and propositive part are oriented to offer as an alternative to the educational centers an architectural prototype, in which architectural criteria of Bioclimate and biosecurity measures will be applied, which will improve safety conditions and comfort of users, allowing a better development of academic activities, without leaving aside the formal aspect of the design, considering the impact that is produced in the environment due to the building in the surroundings.
