Abstract

This work proposes to understand and determine the key points that help promote change in a positive way in the city, so that it improves the comfort of citizens within the city. The points that were taken into account for this analysis are the elements that make up the aspects of the urban form, which are the road system, green spaces, plots, layouts, fabrics and equipment, all of which influence the behavior of urban spaces. The objective of this work was to know the classes of punctual areas that characterize the city of Jipijapa specifically in the urban parishes, from the inference method through the interpretation of images for plans. The result shows the arrangement of eleven typological-formal zones in the urban parishes of the city of Jipijapa, based on analysis criteria that link the urban elements that adapt to outdoor spaces.
